Summary | 0004127: Delete/Backspace button not useful in all cases |
Description | My MacBook Pro keyboard has only a delete button, but the game DOES recognize it as the default text interface setting 'backspace.' That said, it is hit or miss as to whether or not it works in game.
For example, the delete/backspace button works as anticipated when doing group/fortress naming searches, but in the profile save box, it adds characters rather than deleting them. The same occurs when attempting to name military uniforms.
Furthermore, whenever I edit the keybinding (usually to shift-backslash), the game will act as if the backspace button is being pressed permanently until I quit and reload the game, at which point it works fine. |
Steps To Reproduce | download the game for the mac and play; attempt various fortress interfaces where the backspace is useful and witness the varied behavior. |
