0008349: Dwarfs unable to bury dead

Description

I have a dwarf who is TRYING to bury a body, at least, the REMAINDER of one. This particular coffin has been part of 2 seperate reclaims. However, as the dwarf tries to bury the dead, he appears to never complete the task, staying in the same spot for up to an hour and a half.

Cancelling the job will not work, but the job ends when the coffin is assigned for deconstruction. However, when the deconstruction designation is cancelled, the dwarf will try, once again, to bury the dead. However, the same problem is going on.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Download the save
2) Examine cerol, the bowyer. He's trying to bury the dead.
